Has very rich industrial experience. Conducts personal growth labs which are integrated modules incorporting experiential learning supported by conceptual experts. These activities focus on understanding the self and development of the self. Transactional Analysis, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Communication and Counselling are his core competencies.
