With 26 years of excellence and a flawless placement record the Executive Placement at BIM provides another platform for the college to exhibit its time tested philosophy of Value Based Education. The Executive Placementprocess also provides an ideal launch pad for the bright minds at BIM to provide their mettle to the corporate world and demonstrate the high quality of education they have receivedat BIM.
BIM forms an ideal melting pot of students from all corners of the country coming from diverse educational and professional background and with varied set of interest and skill sets. This provides students a rich environment to excelin their choice of specalisations and domains even while interacting with students across the spectrum.
The batch of 2011 is no exception. Comprising of students from across 18 states and having varied undergraduate qualifications this batch is a stimulating mix of managers. The undergraduate disciplines vary across Engineering Arts Commerce Science and Medicine. Specializations too have an interesting spread with a wide range of students opting for Finance Marketing Human Resources Systems and Operations.
The performance of the students in the Summer Placements 2010 speaks for itself with students having offers germinated from their work during the same. Students have actively come up with ingenious professional solutions to tasks and challenges meted out to them during the course of their internship.
The process begins when the students interact with the corporate at Mumbai Chennai Delhi Kolkata Hyderbad Bangalore for fostering a win-win fruitful relationships and delivers when the placement season opens for the institute.
Executive placements for the batch of 2011 will commence in the second week of December. Placement season at BIM is marked by perseverance and meticulous preparation but most of all by the sincere fact that BIM has consistently come out with flying colours in the corporate arena.

Placement Procedure
Our Campus Placement season for the current batch of Second year students is already set to motion for the class of 2011.As a first step you are requested to fill in the placement form included herewith. You are requested to provide your corporate brochure and latest annual report by mail. This would enable us to interact with you more meaningfully during pre-placement presentations.
We prefer de-linking the pre-placement presentations from the placement interviews and so do inform us the dates on which you would like to hold your pre-placement talks if the same is convenient to you.
After completing the selection procedure at our campus we request you to provide the list of selected candidates to our placement chairman immediately. On request we can arrange for the stay and local conveyance for the members of the selection team.
The institute is equipped with Video ConferencingTV VCR Overhead Projector Slide projector and LCD projector which would be made available for pre-placement presentation.
