BIM offers career counseling to all the students to help them understand themselves, developing the SWOT for an individual, identifying a career where they would be best suited. The programme also identifies the steps to be taken by the students to excel in their chosen fields. The objectives of the career counseling programme are:-
- Emphasis on Career Management as a life long process.
- Honing the skills of students in making the right choices in their professional careers.
